By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Policy (Refunds, Returns & Cancellations)
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
We do not offer refunds, ,returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to;

Change of plans
-
Weather Conditions
-
Travel Delays or ferry cancellations
-
Personal Circumstances
EVENT CANCELLATIONS BY ORGANIZER:
If the event is fully cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive:

A full refund OR
-
The option to transfer tickets to a future event
Event Changes:
The event will proceed rain or shine. Schedule, activities and vendors are subject to change without notice and do not qualify for refunds.
Ticket Transfers:
Tickets are not transferrable
2. Entry & Attendance

All attendees must check in upon arrival

Proof of purchase (digital or printed) is required for entry and reentry

Wristbands must be worn at all times

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe, illegal or disruptive behaviour without refund.
3. Camping & Vehicle rules

Camping is permitted only in designated areas

Vehicles must be parked as directed by event staff
-
No saving or reserving spaces
-
Quiet hours must be respected
4. Health, Safety & Conduct
By attending you agree to:

Follow all rules and staff instructions
-
Respect other attendees, vendors and property
-
Dispose of urine and waste properly - NO TOLERANCE for improper disposal

Comply with all local laws and regulations
Strictly Prohibited:

Open Fires
-
Dangerous or reckless behaviour

damage to property
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
5. Liability
By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that:

You participate at your own risk

The event organizers, staff and property owners are not liable for:

Injury, loss or damage to persons or property

Theft or damage to vehicles or belongings

You are responsible for your own safety and the security of your belongings
6. Media Release
By attending you consent to being photographed or recorded. These images/videos may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.
7. Vendors & Third Parties

Vendors operate independently and are responsible for their own products and services

The event organizer is not responsible for vendor transactions, quality or disputes
8. Force Majeure
The event organizer is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

Extreme weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Government Restrictions
-
Transportation Disruptions
9. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event grounds, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions
